1. 挤压所产生的热量通过制冷机冷却。
2. 挤压辊轮表面经设计加工，防粉末粘结。侧密封结构以及合理的刮料板结构,能较好的解决辊轮侧细粉现象。
3. 挤压破碎整粒系统采用破碎系统加上两对滚筒造粒机构，使送料与出料相协调，并形成所需的颗粒。系统密闭在不锈钢罩壳里，使操作室内无粉尘飞扬。
4. 异形不等距螺杆根据不同的物料需求，配制尼龙螺杆或不锈钢螺杆。
5. 主轴轴承采用油润滑，代替通常的油脂润滑，使得本机在免拆装的情况下加油润滑。
6. 合理的机罩结构使得拆装快捷方便，便于机体内部的清洗，符合GMP验证要求。
